Notable Projects Undertaken

The Desalination Company of Trinidad and Tobago
(TT$ 101M)


Constructed in the Point Lisas Industrial Estate, DESALCOTT is a single purpose entity that was formed to sell desalinated seawater to WASA on a build; own and operate basis. The plant is the largest operating desalination facility in the western hemisphere and produces and supplies potable water to the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) at a current operating capacity of 24 mgd (million gallons per day).


Magdalena Grand Beach Resort (Formally Tobago Hilton)
(TT$ 115M)


Built in the tropical 750-acre Tobago Plantations Estate, the Magdalena Grand Beach Resort is Tobago’s largest resort hotel. Constructed beside the Atlantic Ocean along two and one-half miles of beach and coastline.
